Community Resource Worker

Navigating the complex medical and social systems can be difficult, it is even more difficult if you are not feeling well

The Community Resource Worker helps you get the services you need when you need them and assists you in moving easily from one service to another.

The Community Resource Worker may connect you to a number of different services or sectors, including community mental health and addictions agencies, social services, education, child protection, justice or corrections services, legal services, food security, housing, income supports and form completion.
