What to Expect

When you come in for your first appointment we will review your completed forms including signing consent to release your previous medical records, discuss our protocols and introduce you to your assigned physician. We ask that you bring in all medications including over-the-counter that you are taking to be reviewed. Your information is kept in an electronic medical record. Sometimes, when you are sick and your assigned provider is not available, you may be offered an appointment with another provider. This may be a nurse practitioner or doctor.

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Includes same-day** access for urgent care needs.

* ON-CALL access is available for unexpected, urgent care needs whenever the Centre is closed. Call (613) 478-1211 wait for the service to answer your call, explain your concerns, and a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner will call you back to assess your needs.

** SAME-DAY access is available for unexpected, urgent care needs that cannot wait for your next regular appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go directly to the hospital emergency department.
