Strategic Plan
The 2025-2030 Gateway Strategic Plan outlines the vision, priorities, and goals guiding our work that is aimed at optimizing individual, family, and community health and wellbeing. Including updated vision, mission, and values statements, the Strategic Plan was importantly informed by the diverse perspectives gathered from 373 engagements with individuals, both internal and external to Gateway, who contributed their ideas, concerns, and insights about what mattered most to them about the Centre.
To provide a shared direction for our team, our partners, and the community, the Strategic Priorities and Strategic Directions and a Strategic Roadmap were distilled from the plan. They concretely reflect our commitment to improving access to quality care, advancing health equity, and building strong community connections.
