Youth Music Group
Listening to music has many physical and mental health benefits. Learning to play an instrument is even better, helping with memory, coordination, and stress relief. Our Youth Music Group brings together elementary school students from grades 5 to 8 to learn to read and play music, which can increase success in school. In this after school program, youth gain experience on instruments such as the saxophone, drums, trumpet, bass, guitar, trombone, or keyboard, while making friends, building confidence, learning teamwork, and having fun.
