In recent months, Gateway Community Health Centre has embarked on an exciting journey to develop a new strategic plan! We are seeking to engage community members to inform and inspire the strategic plan. We invite you to share your thoughts and feelings about Gateway, your vision for Gateway and its priorities, and your hopes for Gateway’s future. All responses are confidential and anonymous.
