In evaluating what we do, how we do it, and how it benefits our clients is a decentralized process where each program and/or service area has performance and outcome indicators that are directly monitored by employees. Variance analysis reports are completed and reviewed on a quarterly basis by Quality Council, the Governance Committee and the Board of Directors. These committees contribute to providing valuable recommendations for improvement and monitor the implementation of the recommendations over time.
