We encourage our clients and the community to bring forward their concerns or complaints.

 

ALSO, 

If you would like to let us know about a positive experience, you can:

 

1) Ask to complete a client survey (obtain from the Receptionist)

2) Contact the Executive Director directly – Lyn Linton at (613) 478-1211

3) Verbally communicate your concern, complaint or compliment to an employee who will document and forward it on to the Executive Director.

4) E-mail your comments to the Executive Director at llinton@gatewaychc.org
